Promotional Use Only: Our services are designed solely to help promote your social media accounts and boost your online appearance. We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your future posts.
Bot/Inactive Accounts: While we strive for high-quality delivery, we do not guarantee that 100% of the accounts used will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded posts.
Platform Guidelines: You agree to use [smmedge.com] in a manner that complies with all agreements made with social media platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible if your account is penalized, suspended, or deleted by any social media network.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access. Any actions taken under your account are your sole responsibility.
Account Limits: Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, manipulate balances, or bypass restrictions. Doing so will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Delivery Times: Any delivery speeds or timeframes mentioned on the service descriptions are estimates, not guarantees. We will not refund orders that are simply processing slower than expected.
Public Profiles: Your social media profile or post must be set to "Public" before placing an order. If an account is set to private or a link is changed during the delivery process, the order will be marked as completed, and no refund will be provided.
Overlapping Orders: Do not place multiple identical orders for the same exact link at the same time. We cannot accurately track delivery for overlapping orders, and they will not be eligible for refunds, refills, or support.
Balance Refunds: We value your satisfaction. If you have deposited funds into your SMM Edge balance and decide not to use our services, you may request a refund of your unused balance back to your original payment method. To initiate a refund, please open a ticket with our support team. Please note that funds already spent on active, processing, or completed orders are non-refundable.
Order Refunds: If an order cannot be delivered or fails to complete due to a system error, the cost of the undelivered portion will be automatically refunded to your SMM Edge panel balance.
Disputes & Chargebacks: Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment gateway, we ask that you contact our support team first to request a valid refund. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or open an unauthorized dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination, and all active orders will be halted.
All content, branding, logos, graphics, and software interface associated with SMM Edge remain the exclusive property of SMM Edge and its owner(s). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform and API. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or distribute our proprietary website code, design, or brand assets without explicit written permission.
SMM Edge and its owners, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, social media account bans, shadow-bans, or loss of reputation. You use our services entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and API access without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, abused our support staff, or utilized our platform for malicious, illegal, or exploitative purposes. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the services provided by SMM Edge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
SMM Edge reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior direct notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modified terms.
